From the moment a client contacts us the customization begins.  Our studio’s model is not only unique from a design perspective but also from the client’s perspective. It is completely customizable based upon how the client wants to work with us.

Communication and flexibility are key when working with people.  We can be brought on as pure play consultants, as project managers or we can design every aspect of your dream project.  The depth of our programming services is based upon your expectations and needs.

Depth and scope.  These items drive the project financially. It is important to gather an abundant amount of information around these items. We can help with the decision making, identification and selection so that we stay on budget. A four side box is easier to design and less expensive to build than a multi-faceted or round shape.

Corduroy is always looking for ways to keep project cost in check.  The most effective are size and leveraging scale. Initiating a project is one of the higher cost line items.  Once vendors are engaged it is efficient for us to begin exploring additional line items and work from them.

Corduroy feels the cost of design should be driven by the client.  And we work on several fee structures to meet our client’s level of design and project services.  We have hourly, guaranteed maximum price and day rates.
